Jia Syed
Certified Personal Trainer
Jia specializes in accessible, evidence-based strength training for individuals with hypermobility, chronic pain, disabilities, and other conditions that make traditional fitness approaches ineffective. With over two years of hands-on coaching experience, she has worked with clients navigating hypermobility (including EDS/HSD, and comorbidities), past injuries, chronic illnesses, and natural changes over the life span.
Through both personal experience and professional practice, Jia recognized that many people are underserved by standard fitness programming. Generic approaches often overlook joint instability, pain patterns, fatigue, and the need for flexibility in real life. Her work is focused on bridging that gap.
